Do tej pory udało nam się opublikować 9 broszur edukacyjnych w naszym ojczystym języku. Niestety, znacznie ograniczyło to dostępność naszych materiałów dla osób niemówiących po polsku. Jednak od teraz to się zmieni! Dzięki współpracy z LINGUANA publikujemy tłumaczenia tych materiałów, które mają na celu zachęcenie do zgłębiania sztuki kochania siebie, a także poruszania najważniejszych elementów szeroko pojętej samoopieki.

As Students’ Scientific Association of Sexology „Ars Amandi”, we believe that sex education is inextricably linked to health education – and that sexuality does not start and end in the sheets.
Up till now, we have released 9 extensive, informational pieces – all in our native language of Polish. Alas, that significantly reduced the accessibility of our materials for non-Polish speakers. However, as of now, this is about to change! Thanks to a collaboration with LINGUANA, we are publishing several translated pieces intended to encourage exploring the art of loving yourself, as well as addressing the most important elements of broadly understood self-care. Ranging from topics such as contraception, all the way to general advice regarding mental health – we have you covered!
All our materials were thoroughly reviewed and contain references to other publications, so – should you feel the need – you can dive into a given topic even deeper! We sincerely hope that our works help you understand yourself and your body better – these days it is getting harder and harder to do so. Take care of yourselves!
